Detailed Conditions
The service fee is 10 % on the final item cost and 25000 JPY for the processing (export license) plus all shipping costs. Detailed conditions are listed below. If the item value is below 200000 JPY and no export license is needed, the service fee will be only 15000 JPY.
You need to send us the maximum bid amount in advance incl. the commission and service fee. We need to have it at least 1 day before the auction ends. E.g.: You want to buy and item for 200k JPY, send us 235k JPY. We will bid until the final price of 200k JPY.
After we have arranged the export license (if applicable) and registered it for shipping you would have to send us the cost of the postage before we ship to you.
We will send the item via services available at a normal post office (EMS, or sea mail). If another carrier has to be used, we would have to charge you an extra fee for shipping with that carrier.
If you wish us to wrap the item other than we receive it from the seller, we reserve the right to charge you additional packaging fee.
In case we must transfer money back to you, due to an unsuccessful bid, we will deduct any transfer costs which might occur and a service fee of 3000 JPY. You can choose to leave the money with us for any future bids instead.
You can also send us for example 100 k more than the maximum bid, that way you are a bit flexible bidding higher, and we can send you back the difference to the final costs after it is shipped.
When we receive the money, we will place the bid at the last possible time. Sometimes that might be earlier than the end of the auction due to our personal schedule.
We will use the shipping method you chose, but we will not take personal liability if items are damaged or do not arrive. We would help you with the insurance case of course if applicable.
There are other minor costs which we will price in with shipping costs. These are: printing of photos and documents for the export license, Postage, and envelopes for sending the export license application, Yahoo auction shipping costs, costs for money transfer to the seller.
In case for any reason the item cannot be exported, which means we do not get the license despite correct application, we will leave it here with us until you tell us where to ship it to in Japan or who to give it to. We will charge a 5000 JPY fee for each month the item has to be stored with us due to export problems. Thus, please be sure that you can receive the item in your country.
